1. Eligibility & Standards

We accept returns and issue refunds for the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items on arrival
  • Wrong item or size received
  • Items significantly different from description
  • Change-of-mind (if condition standards are met)

Standards: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a full refund.

2. Documentation Requirements

To process your refund request, please provide:

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the defect (close-up and full view)
  • Front and back photos of the garment
  • Photo of the size tag and your order number

5. Refund Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Inspection Period: 1–3 business days after the package arrives at our studio.
  • Credit Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Note: We do not charge restocking fees, ensuring you get the most of your money back.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Gift cards.
