- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on premiumwearstudio.shop where the material appears.
- Your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
- A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate under penalty of perjury.
- If acting as an agent, a brief description of the authority to act for the owner.
Counter‑Notification
If material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake.
- Your name, mailing address, and contact information.
- A statement of consent to Federal District Court jurisdiction.
Important Legal Notes
- Submitting false claims may expose you to liability for damages, including attorneys’ fees.
- Clear URLs and screenshots accelerate review but do not replace required legal elements.
- We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material without prior notice.
